All of our Client Managers are ex professional rugby players. We have experienced the unique pressures associated with the game and are dedicated to using our expert knowledge of the marketplace and unrivalled contact base, to help maximise your full potential. Mike Howe
Company Director

Mike Howe is an ex Professional Rugby player at London Irish and Newcastle as well as having experience of playing and coaching in the English National Leagues.

Shaun Longstaff
Company Director

Shaun Longstaff is a former Scotland International winger. A distinguished career with a long service to Scottish rugby, Shaun played at Glasgow, Edinburgh and Borders as well as stints at French clubs Castres and Pau. A well respected member of the professional rugby fraternity, his connections and knowledge of the game are second to none. Shaun is also the Chairman of the Association of Rugby Agents.

The buzz I get is connecting the players to the right Clubs for the right deals. I pride myself on being Honest and Direct and I can happily say that I am in a job I love.”

Daren O'Leary
Client Manager

Daren O Leary is an ex England A, Harlequins, Gloucester, Worcester and Moseley player. Regarded as one of the most effective and consistent wingers in England during an outstanding career, Daren joined Top Marque Sports in 2006 as a Client Manager. Daren’s connections, knowledge and undoubted respect in rugby, places him in an ideal position to represent players and coaches at a professional level.

Jono Stuart
Client Manager

Following a full and varied professional rugby career taking him from Leicester to Glasgow and the Borders in Scotland, Jono Stuart spent 5 years in France playing professionally before joining TMS in 2008.

Jono has made a quick transition from pro player to successful Client Manager and has quickly built up a reputation as a strong negotiator.

A fluent French speaker, Jono prides himself on his level of contact and associations in French and UK Rugby.

Sandy Crockford
Client Services

Dedicated to the welfare of our clients both on and off the pitch,
Sandy has over 20 years experience in television
and client relations. A qualified Bowen Technique Practitioner Sandy understands the Physical stresses on our Athletes.
Sandy also provides support to our Directors and
Client Managers within the day to day operation of the business.

Takuya Nagata
Consultant

Takuya heads the management and international marketing for Japan and Asia. His dedicated team of bilingual staff cater for our clients' needs and maximises the potential in this region.

Services we offer here includes player placements, management, match and tour arrangements, player marketing, club marketing, corporate marketing and public relations.

Jenny Longstaff
Sports Lawyer

Jenny Longstaff is qualified in both English and Scottish law. She worked as a litigation solicitor in Scotland before accompanying her husband Shaun to France.

The couple have three children and it is a combination of legal Knowledge and first hand experience as the wife of a professional rugby player, that provides a basis for her work at Top Marque Sports.

Karen Howe
Operations Manager

An I.T graduate with experience in Administration Management, Karen oversees all of the Top Marque Sports HR and IT requirements.
