Payments are made by our secure on-line system, Worldpay.

All UK prices show are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 17.5% with the exception of children’s sizes (Small Boys, Medium Boys and Large Boys) which are VAT free.
Delivery
Deliveries are charged at an extra cost of £4.99 inclusive of VAT per order. This does not increase with order items but is one-off charge. £4.99 charge is applicable on delivery to one single address. Each separate address constitutes a different order and incurs a delivery charge. All sportswear will arrive after careful pressing and packing in a clear polythene bag which will have easy-to-read labels specifying chest/waist sizes in inches and the order and item numbers associated with this order.

Returns and Refunds Policy
Top Marque Sports operate a no quibble 14-day returns policy on all kit-shop goods, which means that if for any reason you not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition & packaging within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund or credit note for the price you paid for the item(s)
Any embroidered or personalised garment cannot be exchanged or refunded so please ensure that the garment is 100% correct before purchasing.
Terms of Trade
Once an order is CONFIRMED, the customer is obliged to accept delivery, pay the agreed price and adhere to the payment terms of the order.
Title of the goods remains with Top Marque Sports Limited until payment is made in full.
The goods must be retained in unused condition and the cost of any loss or damage will be borne by the customer.
Whilst the products supplied bear the Rubytech brand logo the customer cannot purport to represent or make any commitment on behalf of Rugbytech or Top Marque Sports Limited.
Whilst every effort will be made to deliver orders within the quoted delivery time, this is not contractual. Top Marque Sports Limited reserves the right to split the supply of the ordered goods into more than one delivery.
Top Marque Sports will endeavour to fulfill any product order placed via our online shops but reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion. This may be the result of the product ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation for customer payment or the identification of a pricing or product description error. The customer will be made aware that we are unable to proceed and full refunds, where applicable will be made.
For avoidance of doubt, these conditions will be governed by English Law. Top Marque Sports Limited is the sole independent distributor of Rugbytech products in Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
How can you supply kit so cheap?
We deal direct with Rugbytech and are the exclusive Team Wear supplier in the UK. This essentially cuts out the layers of middle-men, and allows us to supply goods to you at direct supply prices.

When will I get my order?
Top Marque Sports Ltd strives to dispatch your order to you as soon as possible, subject to stock availability. You should receive your order within 7 days. If we are aware of circumstances that will delay your goods we will contact you.
