Howe of Fife RFC was established in 1946 through the merger of Cupar Rugby Club with its near neighbour, the Howe Rugby Club, both Clubs having enjoyed a long history and close rivalry prior to that point. Over the following decades the combined Club has established itself firmly in the Scottish game with a well-deserved reputation in particular for developing young talent through its Youth Rugby system. Currently competing in RBS Premier League 3 the Howe boasts excellent facilities including a well-equipped strength and conditioning gym and state of the art floodlighting and training facilities at Duffus Park, Cupar supported by full Clubhouse facilities at Provost Wynd, Cupar.
